Focen Network, Inc. / Kris Lamans Productions, LLC, a Delaware Corporation formed in February 28, 2000, and its subsidiaries, is a diversified entertainment and multi-media company that produces and provides a variety of media content, which is commercially viable, inspirational, uplifting, educational, and entertaining product development for the Company: is carried out in collaboration with a number of independent writers, producers, and creative teams, which focus on the development, production, and distribution of the Company’s feature films, TV series and specials, toys, Internet related tie-ins, movies, home DVDs, and musical related entertainment. Moreover, the Company’s relationships with a consortium of affiliate producers, artists, agents, directors, enables it to bring together an award-winning team of professionals from the entertainment industry, which further bolsters its position.
     The Company also intends to participate in revenue generated from the development and exploitation of ancillary products (videos, DVD's, music compilation soundtracks, books, branded merchandise related to individual films, TV series, music productions, etc.), all of which relates to the created works and each of its business segments.
     The Company classifies its core business segments as: (i) Filmed Entertainment, consisting principally of the development and production of feature films and television properties in various genres; (ii) Music, consisting of interests in recorded music, music publishing, musical concerts/events, along with CD and DVD properties; and (iii) Licensing, consisting of licensing the commercial rights of its film, television, and musical properties. Each of these lines of business exist both independently and interdependently.
     The Company believes the effective cross-marketing of these lines will ensure that it fully capitalizes on all revenue aspects relating to its entertainment content.
